RING
Taking off a ring has never been this hard. Then again, putting it back on isn't any easier. Looking at it is bad enough. Feeling it in your hands is nothing short but worse. Then again, discarding it seems out of the question. Returning it should ease the pain.
Mannerisms still manifest themselves.
When the ring used to slip slightly, a subtle motion of the thumb would put it back on it's palce. Now there's no ring and the thumb finds itself putting back into place something that is no longer there. Pathetic and Painful.
It will take awhile to get used to something put on. It will take awhile more to get use to it not being there. The difference lies on the heaviness of the chest, when losing something adds more weight than when it was gained.
Ah, taking off a ring has never been this hard.
